Stop, Breathe & Think is a mobile application with which you can replenish your psychological strength and improve your emotional tone without going to a psychotherapist.
Using this application, you can record your emotions and feelings that you experienced every day. And the application, in turn, will select a course of meditation, yoga and breathing exercises specifically for you. Following the “prescribed” directions, you can reduce stress, better cope with difficult situations, and generally improve your own psychological well-being.
In addition to the emotional state, Stop, Breathe & Think will also help you to improve the quality of your sleep. Thus, you can get a set of exercises that will improve your tone and improve stress resistance. It is completely free, but if you wish, you can get a paid subscription, which will provide access to additional exercises and recommendations.
